DESCRIPTION The semi-automatic filling station is designed for big-bags with filling spout and 4 loops which hang the Big Bag. The filler is made in a sturdy structure and has a round a platform with ladder. The spout and the hooks are placed at a comfortable height for the operator to facilitate the engagement of the loops and the filling spout. Rear hooks approach to the operator at the time of placing the Big Bag. The spout may optionally be able to fold towards the operator to facilitate placement of the spout of the Big Bag. Thereafter, the spout and hooks climb to a height where the Big Bag is fully hanged during filling. Control is via a touch screen for weight control and general management. The cycle of filling and removal of the Big Bag is fully automatic. The working height at the level of the rollers is very comfortable for the operator.

La llenadora está fabricada en una estructura robusta y tiene a su alrededor una plataforma con escalera. La boca y los ganchos se colocan a una altura cómoda, facilitando el enganche de las asas y la boca de llenado. Los ganchos traseros se acercan al operario en el momento de colocar el Big Bag. La boca puede como opción tener la posibilidad de plegarse hacia el operario para facilitar la colocación de la boca del Big Bag. Posteriormente ganchos y boca suben a una altura en la que todo el Big Bag está totalmente suspendido durante el llenado. El control es mediante una pantalla táctil para control de peso y manejo general. El ciclo de llenado y evacuación del Big Bag lleno es automático. La altura de trabajo, a nivel de los rodillos, es muy cómoda para el operario.
