RESTAURANT From my point of view a restaurant is a business dedicated

to offering different types of dishes, food, with an specialty specific like Mediterranean Food, Asiatic Food, Mexican Food, etc.

The restaurant offer a service of quality to customers, for satisfaction of both.

CAFETERIA Is a Catering Establishment

Snack and meals usually not have dishes.

A restaurant in which patrons wait on themselves, carrying their food to tables from counters where it is displayed and served.

a lunchroom or dining hall, as in a factory, office, or school, where food is served from counters or dispensed from vending machines or where food brought from home may be eaten.

In addition, there are often stations where customers order food and wait while it is prepared, particularly for items such as hamburgers or tacos which must be served hot and can be quickly prepared.
