U15’ INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT 12th – 13th OCTOBER 2019

GPS Spain and Club La Vall are co-organizing the 2019 edition for the La Vall U15’ International Tournament, to be played in La Vall d’Uixó, Valencia, Spain.

The tournament will be hold in the U15 age group, admitting players born after 1/1/2005. The participating teams will have the opportunity to meet the biggest opponents in Spain at their age group, like Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, Atletico de Madrid, Valencia CF, or Levante UD, semi-pro academies like Club La Vall, CD Kelme or CD Castellon and teams from other countries like the Kaptiva Sports International Academy, and, thus, promote a spirit of multiculturalism and fair play. The place chosen is the city of Vall de Uxo, a small city just 20 minutes away from Valencia, a nice city surrounded by the beach and the mountains.

The tournament is already a reference point and set high standards and records in the quality and quantity of the participating teams and talented players. Players like Jese Rodriguez, Rafinha Al-cantara or Jaume Domenech.

Pre-Tournament The teams coming to the tournament will have the chance to stay in Valencia the previous days, training at the Valencia CF facilites due to the GPS international partnership agreement with Valencia CF, visiting the Valencia CF stadium and train and play other friendly games in preparation to the challenging tournament. The teams will also have the chance of visiting some of the most amazing places in Valencia like the La Vall d’Uixo caves and the Serrano towers.

Lodging The boys will stay at La Petxina Sports Complex, home of the GPS Spain International Academy. This includes 6 nights stay in double or triple bedrooms for the players. All rooms have separate beds and full board meals.

Transfer Access to Valencia area will be made by bus through the existing highway network, a bus will pick the team up at the airport and bring it to the complex, which is just 10 minutes away from the airport. The transport back and forth to the fields and to will be also included in the price of the tournament and will be made by bus too.

Facilities Tournament will take place at La Moleta fields, 2 Astro Turf fields (11x11) at Vall de Uxo.

Medical Coverage: During the games, a certified doctor will be present on field. Furthermore nearby the fields at least two Hospitals operate in large cities such as Villarreal, and Castellon. Also, the Valencia CF medical services and a physiotherapist will be available, under request, for every player in the residence.

Format - Length of play ✓ U15, born in the year 2005 11Vs11. Note that up to 2 players born after 7/1/2004 could be

registered in the tournament. • The tournament will have 16 teams participating. • Teams in the tournament will be divided into 4 groups of 4 teams. Each team will face the

other three teams once in group stage. • Play off and play out stages are going to take place. This way we will guarantee 4 games

per team. • The games are going to be conducted according to the official F.I.F.A and Spanish Football

Federation regulations about the time duration the players substitutions and disciplinary sanctions.

• For any change in the format style each team will be notified well in advanced • The minimum number of players for each team is 16 and the maximum 22.

Registration • Every team during the coaches’ meeting on the first day of the tournament will be obliged

to submit the passports for all of its footballers who are going to participate in the tourna-ment

• The team director or the Head coach of each club has to submit to the organizing commit-tee before the opening day of the tournament the list of its participant players and have a copy of it in every game.

Cost of the Tournament (basic package) The price per person is 1495 euro based on 16 players and staff, and it includes:

• 6 overnight stays (triple rooms for players twin room for coaches) - in La Petxina Sports Complex (Check in: 10/8 – check out: 10/14). All rooms have separate beds.

• Full board hospitality (breakfast-lunch-dinner). • Transportation from Valencia international airport to Accommodation and vice-versa • Transportation for the needs of the tournament (hotel to the fields and return). • Transportation to the training sessions, cultural activities and any other transportation needs. • Two training sessions before the tournament. • Two friendly games before the tournament. • Mestalla Stadium Tour • Participation in the tournament. • Liaison officer.
