1. INTRODUCTION:

Uttarakhand Ayurved University is the first AYUSH University in Uttarakhand. There are Seven Faculties tobe established in the University. These faculties are Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga andNaturopathy, BioMedical Sciences, & Pharmaceutical Sciences. The main objective is to promote theapplication of basic sciences in the field of AYUSH and evidence based medicine. Uttarakhand AyurvedUniversity has its 03 Campuses Namely Rishikul Campus & Gurukul Campus at Haridwar (U.K) and Facultyof Ayurved, Main Campus at Dehradun. Rishikul Campus, offers Graduate Course (B.A.M.S.) and also havePost Graduate Courses MD/MS(Ayu) in the Subject of Rasa Shastra evam Bhaishajya Kalpna,Panchkarma, Shalya Tantra, Dravyaguna Vigyana, Kayachikitsa, Prasuti & Striroga, ShalakyaTantra, Kumarbhartiya (Balrog), Rachana Sharir, Agadtantra and Vidhi Vaidyaka, Rog Nidan.Gurukul Campus, offers Graduate Course (B.A.M.S.) and also having Post Graduate Courses MD/MS(Ayu)in the Subject of Panchkarma, Shalya Tantra, Kayachikitsa, Shalakya Tantra, Kumarbhritya (Balrog).Main Campus, Dehradun offers Graduate Course (B.A.M.S). The Faculty of Biomedical Sciences is one ofthe main faculties being developed on priority basis and going to be one of the center of excellence inAyurvedic research.

In accordance with the Government of India Ayush letter No- R-11011/02/2018-EP(IM-1) Vol -3 Dated04-06-2019 for common counseling, a centralized counseling board has been constituted and assigned thetask of conducting the UAUC UG- 2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University Centralized counseling forCampuses of the University and affiliated Private Ayurved, Unani and Homeopathic Colleges ofUttarakhand State recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), Central Council ofHomeopathy (CCH), Ministry of AYUSH, GOVT. of India, for the academic session of 2019-20. TheCounseling will be conducted on the basis of merit of NEET-2019 examination and eligibility criteria &other terms and conditions and as per direction received from Govt. of India & State Govt. and adopted bythe counseling board.

Centralized counseling will be conducted for following quota of seats:-

(A). B.A.M.S, B.H.M.S. & B.U.M.S Courses in State Government and Private Colleges Affiliatedwith Uttarakhand Ayurved University, recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine, CentralCouncil of Homeopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India1.1 The registered eligible candidates who have qualified NEET -2019 will get admission against availableState quota seats and All India quota seats (Self Finance in University Campus) / Management quota seats inB.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S. courses by centralized counseling on merit cum choice basis.

2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:2.1 The applicants are required to fill the application form to register him/her and pay the requiredregistration / counseling fee by ONLINE mode only. The counseling registration fee shall not berefunded under any circumstances.

2.2 The candidates have to complete the online application form in all respects and also to upload his/herphotograph & signature (same as submitted in NEET -2019 application form) in the appropriate box (pleasego through the flow chart for online application procedure). The candidates are further advised to re-check the entries/information given by him/her before submitting the same as there is no option for editingthe entries after Final submission of application form. After final submission of the form, thecandidates are required to take the print of the submitted form (hard copy).

2.3 The candidates are advised to retain the copy of the form submitted to the University for theirbest Interest for further reference and queries.

2.4 The candidates are advised to keep at least 05 copies of same photographs (same as submitted in NEET -2019 application form). The candidates will have to produce the same copy of photographs for entireadmission process.

2.5 Depending upon the directions received from time to time by various regulatory bodies like CCIM,CCH, Government of India, State Government and Hon’ble Courts, the Schedule/availability of seats/Rules/Terms & Conditions may be subjected to change. Such information will be notified on theuniversity website www.uau.ac.in only. Candidates must refer the website regularly for any update.No separate intimation will be sent to the candidates.

2.6 Only appearing in the UAUC-UG 2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University counseling does not confer any

right to secure a B.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S course seat. The selection and admission to B.A.M.S./

B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S course on a state quota and All India quota seats (Self Finance in University Campus) /

Management quota seats for Private Colleges in any B.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S College is subject to

fulfilling all the eligibility criteria, state reservation policy, other terms & conditions etc. mentioned in the

Information Bulletin and/or amendments made thereafter till the time of counseling.

2.7 Counseling Registration Fee shall neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded, under any

circumstances.

2.8 In case the information provided by the candidate is found wrong in the application form, his/herapplication will be summarily rejected. If any candidate secures admission in the college/institute byproviding wrong information in his/her application, detected later on in due course, his/her admissionwill be cancelled at the cost and risk of the candidate. Hence candidates are advised to fill the onlineapplication form very carefully and re-check before the final submission.

2.9 Candidate’s eligibility is purely provisional and is subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria asprescribed in this Information Bulletin, during subsequent verifications of his/her documents atcounseling, admission or afterwards.

2.10 University/counseling board reserves the right to withdraw permission, if any, grantedinadvertently to any candidate who is not eligible to appear in the UAUC-UG- 2019 centralizedcounseling even though he got himself registered and paid the required fee.

2.11 Instructions, Terms & conditions in the Information Bulletin are liable to change based ondecisions consciously taken by the UAUC-UG-2019 counseling Board, Ministry of Ayush , Govt. ofIndia and Uttarakhand Government from time to time. There is no equity or any rights that are /ordeemed to be arising in favour of candidate.

2.12 The candidate must ensure before filling the application form that he/she fulfils the eligibilityrequirements for quota of seat he/she is applying for i.e., state quota and All India quota seats (SelfFinance in University Campus) / Management quota seats for Private Colleges. The registration feeonce paid shall not be refunded in the event of rejection of the application. Only eligiblecandidates will be considered for counseling/ admission.

2.13 The candidates are advised to give their complete mailing address, ID proof details and correct

contact telephone/mobile numbers and email in the application form.

2.14 The records of Counseling shall be preserved only for a period of one year from the date of the

counseling.

2.15 All the matters related to counseling, decision of UAUC-UG 2019 Counseling Board and Government

of Uttarakhand as the case may be, shall be final and binding to all.

2.16 In case of any ambiguity in interpretation of any of the instructions / terms / rules / criteria thedetermination of eligibility/conduct of counseling/registration of candidate/information containedherein, the interpretation of the UAUC-UG-2019/ Counseling Board as the case may be, will be finaland binding.

3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR UAUC-UG-2019 UTTARAKHAND AYURVEDUNIVERSITY CENTRALISED COUNSELING

The counseling and admission shall be open to registered candidates only who will fulfill

the following criteria:

3.1 For B.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S Courses in Government & Affiliated Private AYUSH Collegesfor State Quota of Seats.

• Is an Indian citizen.

• The eligibility criteria of age for UAUC-UG–2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University CentralizedCounseling will be as per the latest guidelines/ order of CBSE (NEET-2019 examination conductingbody)/Hon’ble courts/ CCIM/ CCH/ Government of India and Government of Uttarakhand.

For BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) & BHMS (Bachelor ofHomoeopathic Medicine & Surgery):-

• The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Englishindividually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics,Chemistry, and Biology at the qualifying examination (Intermediate) for General Candidate. Inrespect of candidates belonging to scheduled Caste/scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes,the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be40% instead of 50%. Further, for Persons with disability the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% OBC-PH, SC-PH, & ST-PH

For BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery)

• The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Englishindividually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics,Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination (Intermediate) for General Candidate &passed in Urdu as additional Subject in Secondary level. In respect of candidates belonging toscheduled Caste/scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics,Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 50%. Further,for Persons with disability the minimum of 45% marks for General-PH and 40% OBC-PH, SC-PH,& ST-PH

• Must have fulfilled all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the UAUC-UG-2019 Informationbulletin and qualified NEET -2019 examination that is “In order to be a eligible for admissionfor a particular academic year it shall be necessary for a candidate to obtain minimum ofmarks at 50th percentile in NEET for the said academic year. However, in respect ofcandidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, other backward castes, theminimum marks shall be at 40th percentile. In respect of the candidates with bench markedDisabilities specified under the Rights of persons with Disabilities Act, 07 Dec, 2018, theminimum marks shall be at 45th percentile for General category candidates and 40th

percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates. The percentile shall be determined on the basis ofhighest marks secured in the All India Common Merit list in NEET”

Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand or have passed both High school

(10th

) and Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institutionsituated in the State of Uttarakhand.

OR

Candidates who are not Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed both High

school (10th

) and Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educationalinstitutions situated in the State of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible, but they will not be entitled forany type of reservation.

OR

Candidates who are Domicile/Permanent residents of Uttarakhand but have passed High school

(10th

) and/or Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized educationalinstitutions situated outside the State of Uttarakhand shall also be eligible.

The candidate claiming him/her as domicile/permanent resident of Uttarakhand has to

produce the domicile/permanent resident certificate issued by the competent authority of

the state of Uttarakhand

3.2 For B.A.M.S./ B.H.M.S./ B.U.M.S. Courses in University Campuses (Self Financed) andAffiliated private AYUSH Colleges against All India quota seats/ Management quota seats inPrivate Collages.

• Is an Indian citizen.

• The eligibility criteria of age for UAUC- UG 2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University

centralized counseling will be as per the latest guidelines /order of CBSE (NEET -2019

examination conducting body) / Hon’ble courts / CCIM / CCH / Government of India and

Government of Uttarakhand.

• The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English

individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics,

Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying examination for General Candidate. In respect of

candidates belonging to scheduled Caste/scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the

marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination

be 40% instead of 50%. Further, for Persons with disability the minimum of 45% marks for

General- physically handicapped (PH). 40% OBC-PH, SC-PH, & ST-PH

• Must have fulfilled all eligibility criteria mentioned in the UAUC-UG-2019 information

bulletin and qualified NEET -2019 examination. That is “In order to be a eligible foradmission for a particular academic year it shall be necessary for a candidate toobtain minimum of marks at 50th percentile in NEET for the said academic year.However, in respect of candidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes,other backward castes, the minimum marks shall be at 40th percentile. In respect ofthe candidates with bench marked Disabilities specified under the Rights of personswith Disabilities ACT 7th Dec, 2018, the minimum marks shall be at 45th percentile for

General category candidates and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Thepercentile shall be determined on the basis of highest marks secured in the All IndiaCommon Merit list in NEET”

3.3 Counseling will be done on the basis of merit in NEET-2019 as per following percentile.

3.4 Age Limit:-a) Minimum 17 years on or before 31st December 2019 for BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS.b) Not more than of twenty- five years (25 years) on or before the 31st December 2019 of the year

of admission in the first year of the course.c) There will be relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for SC, ST, OBC and PH

candidates.

4. RESERVATION POLICIES

4.1 Reservation policy will be applicable college wise on all seats of state quota as per the prevailingrules of Government of Uttarakhand, applicable at the time of counseling. NO RESERVATIONapplicable for All India( Self Finance) in University Campus colleges and Management quotafor Affiliated Private Colleges.

4.2 Regarding reservation, Government Orders issued from time to time, by the Government ofUttarakhand will be applicable for reservation and the certificate issued by the competent authority ofUttarakhand Government will only be valid.

4.3 Candidates who are domicile/permanent resident of Uttarakhand will be entitled for the benefit ofany type of reservation, only if they produce the specific category certificate issued by the competentauthority of the State of Uttarakhand.

4.4 Vertical Reservation: for State Quota Seats 04% seats will be reserved for the candidates ofScheduled Tribes (ST) of Uttarakhand and 19% seats will be reserved for the candidates ofScheduled Castes (SC) of Uttarakhand and 14% seats will be reserved for Other Backward Classes(OBC) (except prevailing creamy layer criteria as prescribed by the state government) candidates and10% Seats will be reserved for Candidates belonging to EWS (Economical Weaker Section) ofUttarakhand. Remaining seats will be treated as unreserved category seats.

4.5 Horizontal Reservation (in each vertical category): 30% seats will be reserved for womencandidates, 05% seats will be reserved for the candidates of Defense Personal Ward (DPW) ofUttarakhand. 02% seats will be reserved for dependents of Freedom Fighter (FF) of Uttarakhand inrespective category of Vertical reservation.

4.6 For Defense Personnel Wards (DPW) candidates, the certificate issued by the competentauthority for this purpose will be valid

4.7 If a candidate is eligible for more than one subcategory reservation then seat allotment will bedone in decreasing percentage of subcategories.

4.8 OBC Candidates are advised to check his/her OBC certificate carefully and ensure that it isvalid, because the OBC certificate is valid for three years duration only. The OBC certificateshould be valid up to the last date of admission for session 2019-20 OR at the time of particularround of counseling and admission in the concerned college / institute claiming candidate forreservation with invalid OBC certificate will be summarily rejected during the counseling andhe/she will be considered as UR candidate only

4.9 Candidate has to produce EWS certificate issued by competent authority of the Govt. TheCandidate producing invalid EWS certificate will be summarily rejected and his/her candidature willbe cancelled.

4.10 If category/subcategory seats of “State Quota” remain vacant due to non availability of eligiblecandidates of their respective categories/subcategories, then these vacant seats will be converted inthe last round of counseling as per the prevailing rules of Govt. of Uttarakhand applicable at the timeof counseling.

4.11 Candidates who belong to Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/Back ward Classes ofUttarakhnad have to produce caste certificate and Uttarakhand state domiciale/permanent residentcertificate issued by the competent authority of the State Government. The original certificate has tobe produced at the time of admission. If a candidate fails to produce the original caste certificate anddomicile/permanent certificate of Uttarakhand he/she will not be eligible for the benefit ofreservation. The candidate shall be responsible for the same. In case of non- avalibilty of reservecandidates in their respective categories, conversion of seats will be done as per Govt. ofUttarakhand order no 1070/XXVIII/2017-150 II Cover dated 25th August, 2017

4.12 Reservation for persons with disabilities (PWD) candidates

For persons with disabilities (PWD) candidates who are domicile of Uttarakhand 4% seats of theannual sanctioned state quota (college wise) shall be reserved (horizontal reservation) and filled upby the eligible candidates under persons with disabilities (PWD). Candidates must have to producethe valid certificate from competent authorities.

4.13 In case eligible differently abled candidates are not available in its category then the vacantseats shall be filled by other PH candidate in order of merit as per the provision given ingovernment of Uttarakhand order no 1070/XXVIII/2017-150 II Cover dated 25th August, 2017

4.14 In case of non availability of any differently abled candidates in unreserved (PH) categoryeven after conversion as mentioned above the seats will be converted in to open seats in thatparticular category as below in the last round of the counseling.

Scheduled Tribe (ST) PH => Scheduled Tribe (ST) OpenScheduled Cast (SC) PH => Scheduled Cast (SC) OpenOther Backward classes (OBC) PH => Other backward classes (OBC) OpenOpen / Unreserved category PH => Open / unreserved category

4.15 Reservation policy for Wards of Kashmiri Migrants (WKM)

Online Applications are invited from the wards of Kashmiri Migrant Candidates, who have qualified inNEET-2019, for admission to 01 reserved seat in each Government AYUSH College of Uttarakhand(total 03 seats). The interested candidate should upload the following self attested certificates/documentsapart from the documents mentioned in Para 7.6 of this Information Bulletin:

a) Certificate of registration as Kashmiri Migrant issued by the Relief Commissioner, Jammu orcompetent authority of Uttarakhand to establish the status of the applicant as registered migrant

b) Proof of property in Kashmir of the parent of the candidate. (Scanned documents should be emailedseparately on uaucouncelling@gmail.com on the day of choice filling. Candidates are requested tosubmit notarized translated version in English language if the documents are in the language other thanHindi or English

c) Proof of current residence (such as Ration Card/Photo Identity Card issued by the electionCommissioner /driving license/aadhar card/passport etc.)

Note:-1. Domicile of Uttarakhand is not mandatory in order to get the benefit WKM reserved seats.2. In case, eligible WKM candidates are not available then the vacant seats will be filled by

general category candidates in round 2nd of counseling.3. The Kashmiri Migrant candidates who otherwise don't fulfill the eligibility criteria for

State Quota Seat, will only be eligible for State Quota Seats reserved for Wards ofKashmiri Migrant and All India-management quota seats.

4. The admission shall be made on the basis of merit in the NEET -2019 qualifyingexamination.

5. COUNSELLING REGISTRATION FEE

Online counseling one time registration Fee is Rs- 2,000/- for round 1 and round 2 for allcategories.but registration fee for fresh registration in Round 2 have to pay Rs. 2000/-. In MopupRound Registration Fees for already registered candidates in Round 1& 2 have to Re –Register have toPay RS. 1000/- and fresh registration(New Candidate) have to pay Rs-2000/-

5.1 Counseling registration fee shall neither be refunded nor carried forwarded, if the application forUAUC- UG-2019 Centralized counseling is rejected/candidature is found to be ineligible. Hencecandidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria carefully before applying. Only eligiblecandidates will be considered for counseling/admission.

5.2 For All the Round of Counseling registration fee as described above will have to be paid onlinethrough Net Banking, Credit or Debit card only. No cheque or draft will be accepted.

5.3 For MOP- Round counseling, already registered candidates are required to deposit the registration fee ofRs. 1000/- only). Fresh candidates (New Candidates) are required to deposit Rs-2000/-to get themselvesregistered online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit card only. No cheque or draft will be accepted

7. COUNSELLING PROCEDURE

7.1 All NEET -2019 qualified eligible candidates interested to participate in counseling against UG State/AllIndia-Management quota seats are required to register themselves in various rounds of counseling.Candidates who fail to register in 1st round of counseling can participate in 2nd and Mop-Up round ofcounseling after registration and payment of required fee.

7.2 Only registered candidates will be allowed for that particular round of counseling.

7.3 The candidate is compulsorily required to furnish NEET 2019 examination Roll Number, NEETapplication number, valid mobile number and other required information in order to register forcounseling. Candidate will receive a verification code on their registered mobile, which will be used by themfor registration in subsequent steps of online filling of application form.

7.4 If candidate failed to lock the filled in choices, the same will be locked automatically as per thetime specified in the counseling schedule. If a candidate failed to fill any choice, he/she will not beeligible for seat allotment

7.5 The general instructions for eligible candidates:

• Registration facility is available for each round of counseling as notified in counseling schedule. Tobecome eligible to participate in any particular round of counseling, candidate has to register themselvesand fill their choices for that particular round of counseling.

• If a candidate has not registered himself for a particular round of counseling, he/she will not be consideredfor seat allotment for that particular round of counseling.

• If candidate allotted a seat in 1st Round and even if candidate does not report/join the allotted college hewill be eligible for subsequent rounds.

• If a candidate allotted a seat in 2nd round of counseling and in case Candidates want to Resign/Surrenderthe Seat he/she has to apply through college Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradun up to 03 daysbefore Mop-up round.

• Candidates who have been allotted seat in round I of counseling can opt for seat up gradation in round II ofcounseling only

.• If a candidate has upgraded in the round II the seat allotted in round I gets automatically cancelled and

allotted to next eligible candidate in merit. Candidates are advised to select choices carefully.

• Candidates have to fill new/fresh choices in each round of counseling to become eligible for seat allotment

in that particular round.

• Candidate can give as many choices as he/she wishes during online choice filling. However choices shouldbe in order of candidate’s preference & eligibility.

• Candidates are advised to select the choices very carefully. If candidate is not interested in anyspecific Quota/College/Course, it is advised not to opt for that specific Quota/College/Course seat inchoice filling process as allotment once done will not be altered. University/ Counseling Board willnot be responsible for any mistake done at the part of the candidate.

• Candidate has to fill up the fresh choices/quota for each subsequent rounds of counseling separatelyirrespective of previous choices/quota.

7.6 Candidates are required to produce following self attested documents at the time of admission inrespective colleges. High School (10th) Certificate for Age proof. Intermediate (10+2) Certificate. Intermediate (10+2) Mark sheet. NEET 2019 Admit Card (issued by CBSE) NEET 2019 Result/Rank letter (issued by CBSE) Certificate of Reserve category, if applicable (SC,ST,OBC,EWS) Certificate of Sub Category, if applicable. (for Domicile/Permanent resident of Uttarakhand only) PWD category certificate issued by competent authority of Uttarakhand state only if applicable. Certificates required for Ward of Kashmiri Migrants, if applicable. Domicile Certificate ( For Uttarakhand domicile candidate only) Valid ID proof (preferably Aadhar Card/Passport/PAN card/Driving License etc) Other supporting document as desired by thecandidate. Original leaving certificate and Transfer certificate EWS Certificate.

7.7 UAUC UG-2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University Centralized counseling will be carried out in thefollowing rounds.

(a) First Round :-• Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves and fill choices

as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for first round of counseling.• Candidates must keep a print copy of the online choice filled form for future reference.• The College allotment letter will be available online along with necessary instructions in the University

website only. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time ofadmission to the college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted.

• Candidates who are allotted the seats will have to secure admission in the concerned AYUSH collegeson or before the last date of admission of that particular round otherwise admission stands cancelledautomatically.

• Candidates are required to join allotted institution/college and complete the admission formalities then onlycandidate can exercise option to participate in second round of counseling for up gradation. For Round 1candidates can resign from their allotted seat in First Round, if he/ she is not satisfied with the allotted seatand can still participate in Round 2 with original User ID & Password of Round 1. Candidates who areallotted a seat in Round 1 but do not join are also eligible to participate in Round

• 1st Round candidate allotted a seat in 1st Round and even if candidate does not report/join the allottedcollege he/she will be eligible for subsequent rounds.

• Candidates who have taken admission against the allotted seats will be permitted forcourse/college/quota up-gradation up to second round of counseling only.

• The registered candidate who does not get allotment to any College may participate in the next round ofcounseling.

• If the Candidate want to leave the Joined seat, he/ she has to apply through the Principal of college to theregistrar, UAU, Deharadun up to 03 days before the second round of the counseling.

(b) Second Round:-• The following group of candidates are eligible for 2nd Round of allotment:-

Group–I: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round.Group–II: Candidates who have reported at allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and wants to participate for

second round up-gradation.Group- III: Candidates who have been allotted a seat but not Joined.Group-IV: Candidates who are registering for the first time.

• New/Fresh Candidates have to online register (including payment of required registration) themselves andfill choices as per their preference & eligibility to become eligible for second round of counseling.However already registered Candidates & candidates opting for up gradation have to Online re- registerthemselves without payment of registration fee.

• Candidates who have admitted against round I & II allotted seat and want to Resign/Surrender the Seathe/she has apply through college principal to Registrar, UAU, Dehradun up to 03 days before Mop-Up Round of the Counseling. All registered candidates have to fill & lock their choices as per theirpreference order & eligibility.

• The College allotment letter will be available online along with necessary instructions in the Universitywebsite only. The printout of this allotment letter will have to be produced by the candidate at the time ofadmission to the college allotted. No extension of last date of admission will be permitted.

(c) . Mop Up RoundThe Following categories of candidates are eligible for Mop up Round:- Candidates who are registering for the first time. Candidates who have registered but not allotted seat in Round I & Round II. All candidates except those who are holding/joined a seat of Round I or Round II.• Candidates have to online registered themselves to become eligible to Mop-UP Round

Counseling.• To become eligible For MOP- Round counseling, already registered candidates are required to deposit the

registration fee of Rs. 1000/- only Fresh candidates (New Candidates) are required to deposit Rs-2000/-to getthemselves registered online through Net Banking, Credit or Debit card only. No cheque or draft willbe accepted.

• Eligible candidates will have to present him//herself in front of counseling board at the designatedcounseling venue as per schedule date and time, for seat allotment along with required original document

Round specific additional instructions will be displayed separately on University website Candidates areadvised to visit the University website regularly for updates regarding counseling. No personalintimation will be sent.

8. ADMISSION PROCEDUREa) Download Admission letter from the Respective College website.

b) For Faculty of Ayurved Main Campus dehradun, Rishikul Campus, UAU Haridwar andGurukul Campus UAU Haridwar, Report at special fee counter at Uttarakhand AyurvedUniversity (UAU), Dehradun with a demand draft in favour of Finance Officer UttarakhandAyurved University (UAU), Payable at Dehradun. For Fee details refer to Anx.1. No chequeor cash will be accepted.

c) For other affiliated colleges candidates should report personally to the allotted college office fordeposition of Fee as per their Norms

d) The candidate should report personally to the allotted college along with the followingdocuments originals and one set of self attested copies for completion of further admissionprocess with in the specified period

o High School (10th) Certificate for Age proof.o Intermediate (10+2) Certificate.o Intermediate (10+2) Mark sheet.o NEET 2019 Admit Card (issued by CBSE)o NEET 2019 Result/Rank letter (issued by CBSE)o Certificate of Reserve category, if applicable. (for Domicile/Permanent resident of

After completing the above mentioned formalities/procedure, the admission process will only becompleted once the candidate gets the admission letter issued by the concerned college within thespecified time period mentioned in the allotment letter. Hence, the candidates are required to makenecessary arrangement from his/her side well in time to complete the whole admission process within thespecified time period of that particular round.

9. FEE & FEE REFUND POLICY

9.1 The fees structure of All India Central Quota selected by AYUSH Ministry GOI and AllIndia Self-financed Quota for University Campuses will be same.

9.2 Fees details about University Campuses will be notified separately on the University website.

9.3 FOR UNIVERSITY CAMPUS COLLEGES (MAIN CAMPUS, RISHIKUL CAMPUS ANDGURUKUL CAMPUS)

a) If a candidate wants to quit the college allotted to him in the First round he/ she has to inform theRegistrar/ Uttarakhand Ayurved University through the Principal of the concerned college within03 days before the date of registration of second round that he/she is vacating the seat allottedto him/her in the counseling & then only he/she will be entitled to get refund of the fees depositedby him/her after deduction of Rs, 5000/-only (as administrative charges). In addition, charges forthe services availed (e. g. Hostel, mess etc) by the candidate will also be deducted from the feesdeposited, on actual consumption/rational basis, by the college administration

b) If a candidate wants to quit the college allotted to him in the Second round he/ she has to informthe Registrar/ Uttarakhand Ayurved University through the Principal of the concerned collegewithin 03 days before the date of registration of Mop- Up Round/ Last Counseling thathe/she is vacating the seat allotted to him/her in the counseling & then only he/she will be entitledto get refund of the fees deposited by him/her after deduction of Rs, 5000/-only (as administrativecharges). In addition, charges for the services availed (e. g. Hostel, mess etc) by the candidate willalso be deducted from the fees deposited, on actual consumption/rational basis, by the collegeadministration

c) If Candidate Leave the College allotted to him after the last round of counseling fees, will berefunded Back to him with following Terms & Condition:-

For State Quota of Seats in University Campus:-• If the Candidate inform through Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradun

within 01 to 07 days after taking admission Rs 15000/- will be deducted excludingCaution/security Money.

• If the Candidate inform Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradun within 08to 15 days after taking admission 50 % will be deducted excluding Caution/security Money.

• If the Candidate inform through Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradunwithin 16 to 30 days after taking admission 75 % will be deducted excluding Caution/securityMoney.

• If the Candidate inform through Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradunafter 30 days after taking admission the Total fees will be forfeited Excluding Caution/securityMoney.

For All India in University Campus• If the Candidate inform through Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradun

within 01 to 07 days after taking admission Rs 50000/- will be deducted excludingCaution/security Money.

• If the Candidate inform through Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradunwithin 08 to 15 days after taking admission 50 % will be deducted excluding Caution/securityMoney.

• If the Candidate inform through Campus Director/Principal to the Registrar, UAU, Dehradunwithin 16 to 30 days after taking admission 75 % will be deducted excluding Caution/securityMoney.

10. JURISDICTIONAny dispute concerning “UAUC-UG-2019 Uttarakhand Ayurved University CentralizedCounseling” would be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hon’ble courts within theterritorial jurisdiction of Uttarakhand only.

11. DISCLAIMERIn case of incorrect information detected at any stage of the selection process, the candidate willautomatically disqualify from the selection process and he/she will not be allowed to appear for UAUCUG counseling in future in the Uttarakhand Ayurved University, Dehradun. If such instances goundetected during the current selection process but are detected in subsequent years or later on; suchdisqualification will take place with retrospective effect and the Principal/Dean/ Director of the concernedcollege/institute shall have the authority to cancel the admission of the candidate and to proceed for legalaction against him/her and all the information/documents furnished by the candidate will bescrutinized/verified by competent authorities further.
