Use this checklist as a guide to ensure you have completed all required parts of the application. For complete instructions please visit the School of Education website at http://education.ucdavis.edu/ Part 1: Apply Online: Submit the online Graduate Studies application form with payment of fees, found at https://gradstudies.ucdavis.edu/prospective-students/apply -online You must complete the Statement of Purpose, essay questions and upload digital versions of transcripts from each college/university you attended. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable at this stage of the application process. While UC Davis students are not required to upload UC Davis transcripts when applying they are required to upload all other college transcripts - including Community College transcripts. Please note: Hard copies of official transcripts will be required after you have been offered admission. UC Davis students must submit official transcripts for any community college and/or CSU, other UC or private college work they completed towards their undergraduate degree. Part 2: Submit supporting documents: In addition to your online application you will need to provide: 1. Basic Skills verification (CBEST test results, SAT or ACT test scores) 2. Subject Matter verification (CSET test results/registration or waiver verification) 3. Signed verification of 30-hours of classroom observation/experience.
