We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to shape modern, unique and user- centric software and marketing communication for the renewable energy industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams with other designers, marketing, product managers and developers. As UI/UX designer you are expected to study our customers, users and their needs to be able to make deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. Starting from rough feature specifications, requests and ideas you should be able to design crisp and pixel perfect interfaces for both our software products and websites including basic CSS implementation. Expectations & Tasks • Work in a tight knitted and fast paced marketing team • Collaborate with CMO and Product Manager to shape interface ideas for products and websites • Study users’ behavior and needs to optimize user experience • Make wireframes, prototypes, style guides and user flows to effectively communicate interaction ideas • Design intuitive and beautiful interfaces for our web applications and apps • Implement pixel perfect designs in cross- browser compliant and beautifully structured CSS Education & Profile • Three or more years of experience in UI/UX design for both web and mobile • Strong UI/UX portfolio • Born and raised in Photoshop and Illustrator • Very strong CSS/HTML skills • A basic technical understanding of web technologies • Understanding of analytical tools for the web such as Google Analytics • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in UI/UX/web design Application • E-mail [email protected] with subject UI/UX Designer • Include design portfolio, cover letter, CV
