PERFORMANCE Ulterion PW 203 has unique properties that bind polyvinyl alcohol, CMC and starch. It should be added toward the end of the cook-up cycle. Recommended uses are 20-40% on the weight of the basic substrate used. BACK COATINGS Ulterion PW 203 can be used as a back coating for polyester non-wovens, carpet or fabrics. Its application can be especially helpful where recycling is an objective. It can also be used to eliminate expensive flame retardant systems in these type applications. ADHESION PROMOTER Ulterion PW 203 can also be used to promote adhesion in acrylic latex systems. 10-20% addition to these systems is the suggested use level.
