Rajesh Anandan is a growth strategist and social entrepreneur. After a stint at Microsoft developing bug tracking systems, he joined Bain & Company where he focused on business incubation and growth strategy for technology, media, financial services, healthcare and retail clients. For the past decade, Rajesh has worked in the social sector, most recently building a $400 million portfolio as head of UNICEF Ventures. Rajesh graduated from MIT where he specialized in systems dynamics.

Art Shectman is a technologist and serial entrepreneur. He is the founder of numerous start-ups, including Elephant Ventures which specializes in cutting edge web, social, mobile and back-end software development. Art has spent his career building new technologies and services, and has extensive systems integration experience with clients ranging from Fortune100 companies to venture-backed start-ups. Art graduated from MIT where he specialized in machine learning.
