Analysis Site wise (RSRP/SINR/PCI/DL-UL Throughput/RBLER/Ping (Latency Test)/ Cell Reselection Verification (4G -> 3G) and (3G->4G)/ Stationary CSFB Testing – MO/MT/4G -> 3G Inter-RAT PS Redirection Verification- PS.

Parameter Audit of 4G Network and remove the parameters inconsistencies in Network. Perform the LTE Network parameters PCI, PRACH, TA/TAL intra frequency and inter

RAT neighbor planning. KPIs Template management on PRS and M2000 for KPIs analysis. Technical support to troubleshot the Low throughput issues, Verification of

Interoperability of 3G and 4G system which includes Cell Selection / Reselection parameter audit, CSFB Parameters verification and intra,inter and LTE to UMTS neighbor audit of 4G sites.

Verifying initial site optimization which includes drive test logs analysis, identifying sector swap and proposed RF changes to optimize single site coverage and quality.

3G Worst Cell KPIs analysis and Optimize to improve the Network level KPIs. Optimization of different Handover parameters to control IRAT HOs at the 2G-3G

overlap area and control HO ratio for Intra Frequency HOs. Verification of Interoperability of 2G and 3G system which includes Cell Selection /

Reselection parameter audit, neighbor audit at 2G and 3G ends, IRAT HO parameters at 2G and 3G ends.

proposed the Engineering Parameters for newly planned sites. Network Audit using CME export and adjustment of soft parameters to maintain the

KPIs like RAB Setup success ratio, RRC Connection success rate, DCR, IRAT HO Success rate, Soft HO success rate, HSDPA throughput per cell etc.

TS for 3G SSV test teams to troubleshoot low throughput, RTWP Analysis and troubleshooting to resolve the interference issues.
