EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

First of all, there are certain things discussed in this

report about the Marketing Manager. These things

include the job description, Responsibilities and job

specifications. These all are very important things and

mean a-lot to the organization.

Secondly, there is a performance appraisal form made

for evaluating the performance of the employee. This

form includes the ratings criteria for the employee and

on the basis of this criteria, the employee is given

rewards and certain other type of benefits.

Thirdly, there are certain objectives and targets, which

the employee has to fulfill for the organization. Theseinclude the Sale of products in units, acquiring certain

amount of Market share etc.

Lastly, there is a plan discussed named as development

for the employee. This enables the employee to

develop certain skills pertaining to the job. Another

third is the employees comments, which is very

important for the employee participation.
