They'll be taking part in a Molson Coors environmental initiative.It's good for they're profile, as well as the coastline.Christeen: This is called the shoreline project, we're gonna go out and actually clean up the shoreline.Kelly; Excellent. You said you had two girls, what are their ages tell me a bit about them.Christeen; One's eleven and one is five. And my five-year-old is actually legally blind. Last year was a kind of a rough year.I had to go to the children's hospital in Nova Scotia quite often with my daughter to see surgeons and get check-ups and stuff like that. She's, she's come a long way already. Already she's, functioning. Yeah, if you were to walk into her kindergarten class today Never. So I take it you've never been to Capella before? Creemore Springs Brewery has come under scrutiny since Molson Coors acquired it a few years ago. Beer bloggers aren't sure if they like it anymore. So Kelly's gone undercover to see whether the credibility of this small craft brewery is being siphoned off.CLO driving, arrives at Creemore parks car outside and get out of car

*T 01:15:07:21So I guess we should just get to work. Fermenter Eight, which we're brewing into, should be done caustic cleaning, and we'll have to rinse that, sanitize it, get it ready for Bob to, put his brew into it.Mike; Hi BobCLO follows Mike through brewery, down stairs into large VAT area

*T 01:15:24:20Narrator; Bob, a Master Brewer like Mike, is responsible for getting theMCU Bob reveal CLO and Mike stood with him

*T 01:15:27:23brew to the next stage, at exactly the right time.CU Bob

*T 01:15:31:24Mike; So now what we've done, is we've, its called reclaim, taken our caustic, you don't wanna splash it on you.Narrator; Caustic, commonly used as a drain cleaner, can eat through flesh in minutes, so they have to be extremely careful. It's used to clean the vats and the floors, all in one go. Mike encourages Kelly to pick up the pace.Mike; We can only spend a couple minutes we gotta keep rolling because the brew is right now is cooking. We have to make sure we're ready whenever Bob comes. And we'll start to rinse our fermenter of caustic residue.Narrator: It's vitally important to get it out of the vat. Any delay will destroy the entire batch, and the profits with it.Kelly; Woah these hoses are heavy man!Mike; We're gonna start rinsing Laurie. We've got, 39 minutes before we have to have this tank completely done.Kelly; To be ready for the next brew?Mike; Oh yeah. Otherwise, it'll tie up the whole process. Just blast that caustic off the top, just kinda rinse it all down the side of the tank. We're gonna have to hurry. Now we're done rinsing, we'll get you ready for our sanitizer. It's gonna be tight. Sometimes you don't get to stand around and sample beer.Narrator: After flushing the caustic from the tank, they prep for sanitizing.

But we're gonna have to hurry.Kelly: There's so much art and science in brewing.Narrator: Part of Mike's job is quality control, testing the brewing yeast that goes into every batch of beer. All the numbers have to be spot on, or the beer will be lost.CLO and Mike in VAT area, adding acid to yeast, taking brew off for testing

This tank I'm gonna be entering has been dissipating CO2 which is potentially a dangerous gas.Narrator; After brewing, there's always a buildup of poisonous CO2 gas in the tank and the air must be monitored the entire time Mark's inside using meters sensitive to CO2 levels.Mark; The closer you get to something volatile it'll start chirping at you.CLO and Mark outside the tank entrance. Marks explains what they will be doing.

I had an aunt that about two years ago was killed in a drinking and driving accident that a woman hit her vehicle and unfortunately she succumbed to it, and involved in it was a product called alcohol and that's what we do here at Molson, it changed me a lot and, and how I looked at what we do, so losing somebody dear to you really changes youin a lot of ways.Kelly; I'm really sorry about your aunt.Mark; Thanks, I really appreciate that we miss her.CLO and Mark on roof top
