Real Estate students have the opportunity to take advantage of Program study abroad trips, in addition to opportunities offered
by Virginia Tech and Pamplin College of Business. In Spring 2019, 12 students travelled to Dubai for Spring Break with the Program in Real Estate. They learned about the one of the fastest growing cities in the
world and immersed themselves in the culture.
“Going to Dubai was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had! We were exposed to many facets of real estate, from visiting the World Expo 2020 site
to touring the construction site of the Royal Atlantis. We met with several companies, including Nakheel, the developer of The Palms. Dubai is truly
