Grade Points- The grade point is the product of the grade

weight multiplied by the number of credits.Calculus 1 is a 4 credit class. When you get a

‘B’ in the class, your grade weight is: 4 x 3 = 12.

Similarly if you get an A in History 201 which is a 3 credit course, your grade weight is again: 4(the grade weight) x 3(the credits) = 12.
