I hope the holidays have provided many opportunies for families to connect and find me to relax. Staff have been eagerly preparing classrooms for our studentsreturn. A special thanks to Anthony Franklin and his team for shiſting a mountain of soſt fall bark chips to our playground area in readiness for the start of term. In 2019 Ungarra Primary School will consist of 37 students, 19 families, Kelly Robinson (F-3), Aisha Cooper (4-7), Ken Rowley (NIT), Sue Liddicoat (SSO), Lisa Fitzgerald (SSO), Aimee-Lee Elson (SSO), Sharon Campbell (SSO), John and Marion Ashworth (Bus / Grounds), Janet Beard (CPSW), Deb Coleman (Cleaning) and myself. School and Playcentre families are invited to join

us to welcome our acting Principal Karl Robst into

our school community and hear about what will be

happening in the classrooms in 2019.

Students will be supervised with a G rated movie

in the stone room while class talks are on so

please drop your kids in on arrival. Please advise

the school whether or not your children are on the

bus that afternoon.

These resume next Tuesday for JP’s and Wednesdays for UP’s.

Children will all need to wear covered shoes. A note went out to-

day about sending in a favourite family recipe to cook during the

year which contains some seasonal ingredients—savoury if possi-

ble as it will be their lunch for the day. Can’t wait to see them all.
