Sarene Bellamy reported that our youth made over $800 from the Italian

Dinner which was held on February 3rd. The money was used to

purchase tickets to Winter Jam. They made the trip on February 17th.

They had a safe trip and a good time. They arrived home late that night

and camped overnight in the Fellowship Hall. Corbett Phipps made

breakfast for them before Sunday School. Thanks to the volunteers who

work with the youth.

Our church is once again participating in the Baby Bottle Drive for the Adams County Pregnancy Resource Center. Sara Lewis brought baby bottles for us to fill with change, currency or checks. The due date is March 4th.

Beth Dettwiller reported on the Adams County Youth Rally quiz which

was held on Sunday afternoon, February 11th. Our Primary Team placed

second in the Primary Sword Drills. The next quiz will be held on March

11th.

I think we are all ready for spring and warmer weather.

AFTER THE WINTER GOD SENDS THE SPRING by Helen Steiner Rice

Springtime is a season of hope and joy and cheer,

There's beauty all around us to see and touch and hear. . .

So no matter how downhearted and discouraged we may be,

New hope is born when we behold leaves budding on a tree. . .

Or when we see a timid flower push through the frozen sod

And open wide in glad surprise its petaled eyes to God. . .

For this is just God saying - "Lift up your eyes to Me,"

And the bleakness of your spirit, like the budding springtime tree,

Will lose its wintry darkness and your heavy heart will sing -----

For God never sends the winter without the joy of spring.

We are studying of “Entering Into the Promised Land”

“Boundless as the universe around me,

Reaching to the farthest soul away,

Saving, keeping love it was that found me,

That is why my heart can truly say;

Isn’t the love of Jesus something

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful;

O isn’t the love of Jesus something

wonderful!

Wonderful it is to me.”
