Vietnam is the eastern most country in the Indochina Peninsula. With a population of over 89 million, it is the 13th most populous country in the World. Emerging from the various prolonged military conflicts, Vietnam instituted political and economic reforms resulting in economic growth
being one of the highest in the world in the past decade. This has resulted in numerous investments in the tourism infrastructure. Part of these de-velopments are the numerous high quality golf courses that have recently been opened such as Montgomerie Links, and The Dunes Course by Greg Norman. Siem Reap is the most popular tourist destination in Cambodia
because of the World Heritage Site designation of Angkor Wat Temple. But to the surprise of many, there are three spectacular golf courses that have
just recently opened. Critics have said that given time to mature, these three courses will be among the top courses in Asia

SIEM REAP – ANGKOR WAT & TEMPLES
A full day tour starting with a visit to South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon temple and. Drive throu-
gh the Terrace of Leper King, Terrace of Elephant and Prasat Suor Prat. Next, visit to Ta Prohm
temple (a.k.a roots temple) popularized by Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider movie. Lunch at local
restaurant in town. After lunch proceed to Angkor Wat and end the day by watching the sunset
on Bakheng Mountain.

SIEM REAP - TONLE SAP
This morning visit floating and fishing villages in Tonle Sap Great Lake, which is one of the
world’s most productive bodies of fresh water. Each year, millions of fish come to spawn in the
seasonally flooded forest surrounding the lake, attracting myriad water birds as well as people,
who have settled in villages along the shores and who live with the rhythms of the water. This
ecosystem of extraordinary biological richness and balance between humans and nature was
recently designated as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Stopover at a floating souvenir shop
where you could shop, observe the crocodiles and feed the Mekong catfish . Afternoon free.

This morning we travel up to Cu Chi, 70km north of Saigon, famed for its 200-kilometre-long
tunnel system during the war period. Lunch in local restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. After lunch,
tour a round Ho Chi Minh City, formerly called Saigon, features War Remnants Museum, Notre
Dame Cathedral, the Municipal Post Office, Binh Tanh Market.

Morning round of golf at Song Be Golf Club (http://songbegolf.com/main/ ). Well known for being
the first international standard championship course in Vietnam and one of the most challenging
and stimulating in the country, Song Be Golf Club has been gently crafted out of the beautiful
landscape and features numerous lakes, tree lined fairways and subtle undulating green. This
27h-hole course is officially rated in accordance with the USGA/SGA requirements.

HO CHI MINH CITY - Mekong Delta Tour
A full day Mekong Delta trip. Start the trip with a visit to My Tho, a town on the side of t h e
Mekong River and two hour drive from Saigon. Cruise via sampan along the river through small
islets and observe the daily activities of the local people. After, a visit to an orchard to observe
the different agricultural activities of the area.

This morning we fly to Danang. A tour of Danang with stops at China Beach, Marble Mountain
as well as the local town. After lunch, proceed to our resort in Hoi An, Sunrise Resort (http://

A half day tour of Hoi An, a World Heritage Site, with its history of a trading post of seafaring
Chinese, Japanese and Portuguese merchants several centuries ago. Afternoon free to explore

Norman designed course. When Greg Norman checked in on the progress of the Dunes Course,
in March 2010, he said: “The fact is, you’d be doing a very poor job to make a boring course
out of a site like this.” Certainly Mother Nature had a gigantic hand in the formation of a layout
that evokes an experience often found in seaside courses in the British Isles and southeastern
Australia.
