Listen to the announcement on the trip to Penang organised by the English Language Society. Complete the table below.

The English Language Society will be organising a three-day trip to Penang. Only 30 seats are available. Registration is a first-come-first-served basis. Making a cover for your book

1. First, you need a piece of fabric that is slightly bigger than your opened-flat book 2. Next, get a sheet of double sided adhesive that’s slightly smaller on all sides than the fabric.

There are many reasons why we should walk instead of driving. First, it saves the planet. It also saves money on petrol. It even saves us parking fees besides having to spend time looking for a parking space. Another reason why we should walk is that it is a good form of exercise. It helps to burn calories and keeps us fit and strong. Sometimes walking can be faster than driving. We often underestimate the time we spend driving, thinking that a 10-minute journey may only take two minutes. We often do not take into account the unavoidable extra time involved, either, looking for our keys, filling up with petrol, and not to mention the time spent on the road as a result of traffic jam.
