Elapsed Time

• Elapsed time – time that passes from the start of the activity to the end of the activity

• You can figure out elapsed time by using this formula:END – START = ELAPSED TIME


Elapsed Time END – START = ELAPSED TIME

• Example: Vanessa put the cookies in the oven at 7:15. She took the cookies out of the oven at 7:25. How long did Vanessa bake the cookies?
