• 0-2: Relaxation techniques, visuals etc.

• 2-4: Tylenol, NSAIDS

• 4-6: Darvocet, Vicodin

• 6-8: Oxycontin and Vicodin

• 8-10: Morphine, Dilaudid, Fentanyl Patch
