There be 句型

There be ... 句型表示的是 “某处有 ( 存在 ) 某人或某物”，其结构为“ There be (is ，are ， was, were )+ 名词 + 地点状语”。如：

There are fifty-two students in our class.

There is a pencil in my pencil-case.

There be 句型的肯定句结构 :

There is + 可数名词单数 / 不可数名词 + 地点；或 There are + 可数名词复数 + 地点。

否定句结构 : 在 be 动词后直接加 not 。

一般疑问句结构 : 把 be 动词提到句首肯定回答用： Yes, there is / are.

否定回答用： No, there isn’t / aren’t.

注意 :

名词复数的加法 :

1. 一般 +s.

2. 以 s/ x/ sh /ch 结尾 +es.

3. 辅音字母加 y 结尾 ,把 y 变成 i 再加 es.
