Controlling the weight Nothing is more valuable than health. It is the

foundation of one’s future success. If you become sick, it is nearly impossible to pursue your career effectively, much less make your dreams come true. On the other hand, if you are stout and strong, you can go all out to overcome the obstacles that lie ahead of you.

With the improvement of life, an increasing number of people become fat. They are greatly worried about their overweight.

It has been realized that fatness is harmful to health because it can cause diseases such as heart attack and high blood pressure, In addition , fatness may damage so that they can look prettier. That is why people think why it important and necessary to control weight.

A number of ways may help weight control. For example, a proper diet is helpful. You should eat less fat and more vegetables. Another effective way is exercising which can build up your muscles.
