Michael GambleTeessider Michael Gamble studiedphotography in college and later went to university at Teesside University. Photography has since become more of an obsession. He has worked in Britain, taking photos from band nights to modelling shoots. After university he moved to Whistler, starting out as a SKI boot hire technician, he still works there. They will design an appropriate feedback formand obtain feedback from several test users.

Create a questionnaire to fully test for product requirements. Ensure questionnaire isn't leading in anyway. Remember yes/no style questions lead to data, although no answers may need room for people to make a comment as to what was wrong.

Ensure you use sentences. Fully describe what you are thinking! The examiners are not mind readers!!
