But this week no more excuses!
I know you have been ill, but since it has been eight weeks since your last chemotherapy and your feeling better, I challenge you to come with me to Lifetime Fitness and attend the water aerobics class this Thursday at 8:45am for 1 hour!

Not only will water aerobics reduce stress and pain on joints, it also helps in cardiorespiratory development!

Plus, I know you have always wanted to try water aerobics which is injury free! We can also have some mother daughter time and socialize with others at the gym!
