I notice that you have been watching a lot of movies since you have been ill, and you don’t

want to leave your room let alone the house much lately!

Whenever I ask you to go to the gym with me, you always tell me that your knees and joints hurt or that you don’t feel good…

But this week no more excuses!

I know you have been ill, but since it has been eight weeks since your last chemotherapy and your feeling better, I challenge you to come with me to Lifetime Fitness and attend the water aerobics class this Thursday at 8:45am for 1 hour!

Not only will water aerobics reduce stress and pain on joints, it also helps in cardiorespiratory development!

Plus, I know you have always wanted to try water aerobics which is injury free! We can also have some mother daughter time and socialize with others at the gym!
