Rotation Timings (Look to follow!!) Activity

1000-1015Introduction to children, parents and teachers. Children split off into

their teams.

1015-1020 Warm Up. Taking place on each event station.

1 1020-1028 Event 1 to take place. 6 stations active.

2 1028-1036 Event 2 to take place. 6 stations active.

3 1036-1044 Event 3 to take place. 6 stations active.

4 1044-1052 Event 4 to take place. 6 stations active.

5 1052-1100 Event 5 to take place. 6 stations active.

6 1100-1108 Event 6 to take place. 6 stations active.

7 1108-1116 Event 7 to take place. 6 stations active.

8 1116-1122 Event 8 to take place. 6 stations active.

1122-1130 Event 9 to take place. 6 stations active.

1130-1200 School Picnic (Organised by the school). Possible student race??Allows the final scores to be confirmed!!

1200-1230Presentations to children and thanks to observers. Raffle to also

take place.

1230-1400Student v Staff v Children Rounders Match - Involving children who

are to be picked up by their parents at 1400.

REFRE HMENTS AVAILABLE TH OUGHOUT THE EVENTS - Remaining time used as dead time.

Scoring System

On the day you will be asked to score each event and pass this score onto a

runner who will pass this to a main scorer who records this on the score board.

To score each event score cards will be placed on each event.

After each event Master of Ceremonies to announce current scores.
