company based in Vadodara.

• The family wanted to EDUCATE students having a

SPARK coming from poor families.

• Partnered with UWB to help achieve this objective.

THE MODEL

• Students completing 12th Standard and scored above

60% are allowed to apply (publicly advertised).

• The returnable scholarship for selected students covers

all cost of college, hostel, traveling,

books & stationery expenses.

• Make the students responsible citizens of tomorrow.

• Returnable scholarship ensures continuity.

• Longer period of Program.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

• Advertisement in National Papers.• Database of all the applicants in a particular format.• UWB staff verifying actual status.• Pre-Selection based on remarks by UWB staff.• Surprise visit by Researcher to see family ground

realities.• Short listed candidates interviewed by panel.• Acceptance notification sent to selected candidates.
