The machine utilizes 2200mm long sanding belts.

Thanks to our modular concept, it is possible to builda custom "working center" by inserting the properworking units required for each application.

The frame is engineered to hold 2-3 internal workingunits, and one auxiliary unit.

The high rigidity of the frame and feed of this machine- combined with the advanced mechanics and electro-nic features - make of this series a universal workingcenter for deburring and finishing.

Universal working center for deburring and finishing fer-rous and non ferrous materials.These machines are available with constant feed heightfor in-line operation, and to simplify the processing oflarge parts. They are available with a working width of1350mm, and can process parts of weight up to 400 Kg.

The machines utilizes 2620mm long abrasive belts thatguarantee longer life and a consistent finishing, redu-cing the consumable costs.

Thanks to our modular concept, it is possible to build acustom "working center" by inserting the proper workingunits required for each application.

The XVS unit is completely extractable, for quick and easy change of the brushtools. The XVS utilizes readily available, low-cost, brushes as well as more speci-fic brush tools with different materials and diameters for special utilizations.

Air jet blowers (opt.)Oscillating jet blowers for an effi-cient cleaning of sanding belts,they activate only when theworkpiece is being processed.

Vacuum-Plant (opt.)A high speed fan generates a vacuumsuction under the working unitsthrough a punched feed belt to allowthe processing of small, slippery parts.

Double pressure rollers withmicrometric precision adjust-ment mounted in the frontand rear of each working unit.

Infeed and outfeed tableextensions to ease the loa-ding-unloading of workpie-ces.

Each working unit motor isequipped with a disk brake toallow the machine to stop in afew seconds in the case ofemergency.

The VISION PLC panel enables the visualization of theactula setup data and the machine operations througha touch-screen monitor.All working programs can be stored in the PLC me-mory for future utilization.
