Universal Pumps
The cost of replacing spare parts from other progressing cavity pump manufacturers can be expensive. NOV Monoflo provides an economical solution with our line of replacement pumps when piping changes are not an option and the cost of parts combined with labor exceed the total pump price. NOV Monoflo's AP, ML, and XL Pumps are fully assembled and ready to replace your L Frame, 500, and 2000 Series pumps from Moyno.
AP PUMP
Simple, lightweight pump available with a bareshaft or close-coupled design.
Capacity: Up to 52 gpm
Pressure: Up to 143 psi
Temperature: 14˚F up to 212˚F
Applications: Domestic and industrial effluent, sludge and slurries, latex emulsions, vegetable oils, industrial chemicals and detergents, septic tank/cess pit emptying
ML PUMP
Range of pumps designed with a simple pin joint assembly for easy on-site maintenance.
Capacity: Up to 380 gpm
Pressure: Up to 225 psi
Temperature: 14˚F up to 230˚F
Applications: Sludge and lime slurry, mineral processing, industrial chemicals, detergents, pastes, and gels, crude and waste oil, fruit slurries, sauces, and starches, coating slurry, starch, and clays
XL PUMP
Range of pumps designed with heavy duty gear joints for demanding applications.
Capacity: Up to 742 gpm
Pressure: Up to 180 psi
Temperature: 20˚F up to 230˚F
Applications: Sludge and lime slurry, mineral processing, industrial chemicals, detergents, and polymers, crude and waste oil, coating slurry, starch, and clays
