• 53 business surveys• 320 off street spaces, 6.4 spaces per business, 39% of businesses share parking and 43% businesses stated that their customers park on the street

KEY RECOMMENDATIONS• Expand CABS Bus Service

• Institute a COTA payroll deduction for OSU employees

• Institute carpooling program organized through OSU

• Adjust OSU permit system to allow students to pay on a quarterly basis

• Limit city parking permits to no more than four per household

• Provide visitor permits on a date basis

• Institute grant program for development and maintenance of off-street parking

• Provide additional metered parking for businesses

• Develop gateway markers and information kiosks for business areas identifying parking areas

• Advertise OSU garage availability for evening and weekend parking

• Develop and improve the bicycle network in the University District
