The purpose of the GeogGIS Club is to provide a
mutually supportive and positive learning
environment in which every member has the
opportunity to develop knowledge of Geography or
GIS, and develop relationships that will benefit them
in their professional future. The GeogGIS Club is
dedicated to the promotion and advocation of the
Geography and GIS Department. We promote the
Geography Department and the disciplines of
Geography, GIS, and other related fields. Our goals
include increasing awareness of the discipline
through social and community networking and
incorporation of new students. We are continually
aspiring to define ourselves as global citizens and
encourage activities that advocate that ideal.
