• One of the top business schools in the UK
• The Commercial LLM programmes provided in conjunction with the ICMA Centre of Henley Business School, established with funding from the International Capital Market Association.
• Unique in that it combines modules from a Law and a Business School.
• Commercial and corporate law issues are irrevocably linked to financial issues. These programmes will equip students with the knowledge, skills and practical tools needed to gain a thorough understanding of how the global economy and finance is regulated by law.
• LLM students can take some core and optional modules at ICMA providing them with an invaluable opportunity to acquire a unique legal and financial perspective of commercial and corporate law issues.

Admission Criteria
• Upper Second degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance, Environment, Geography, etc.
• English Language Requirement: IELTS 7.0 and IELTS 6.5 (pre-sessional)
• Start in October and January every year
• There is now an online application system similar to UCAS called UKPASS www.ukpass.ac.uk
• Scholarships are available only for partners for Commercial LLMs
• Scholarships available for non Commercial programmes
