DETAILS:Town & Gown Ballroom is the premier ballroom on the USC Campus and is appointed with close to 8,000 square feet of pillar free space for special events, meetings and conferences. Town and Gown was closed in July for a dramatic renovation and reopened September 3rd. Stripped to only the eight magnificent Schonbek chandeliers, the ballroom received new lighting, carpeting, custom decorative paint finishes, gorgeous Italian marble flooring in the foyer and elegant handcrafted woodworking elements throughout. New furnishings complement the décor. To coincide with the grand re-opening, Banquet Chef Gary Johnson has engineered new core menus inspired by current food trends with the inclusion of more local and organic, grass-fed beef and sustainability sourced seafood. Ancient grains are prevalent on the new menu with delicious dishes using quinoa, faro and barley. The ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 450 guests for a sit-down meal (without a dance-floor) and 750 theater style.

DETAILS:USC Hospitality will continue to operate and manage the Vineyard room in the Davidson Conference Center. During the construction period (February 2015 – August 2015), the room can be reserved for events in the evening and on the weekends. The Vineyard Room is 48’ x 40’ with 1,920 square feet. The Vineyard Room features floor-to-ceiling windows on the entire west side that overlook a beautiful outdoor patio (38’ x 28’) that can be accessed by the room. DETAILS:Moreton Fig Restaurant is conveniently located in the center of campus in the Ronald Tutor Campus Center. The patio is a favored location for private events for up to 120 guests. DETAILS:Named for one of USC’s most loved football coaches, McKay’s at the Radisson Hotel is the on property restaurant for hotel guests serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Trophy Room, McKay’s private dining room, is an excellent choice for groups with up to 40 guests. The room can be configured using the existing tables and chairs in several settings, based upon the event particulars. Baby showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate programs and group gatherings before USC sporting events are just a few of the types of events booked in this comfortable space. Need more space? McKay’s Lounge is also available for private events and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Both the Trophy Room and McKay’s Lounge are supported by Radisson’s culinary team.

DETAILS:After a very extensive renovation project, The Edmondson has reopened its doors literally and figuratively. For the first time in EFC history, the restaurant is now open to all guests, membership is no longer required. As the only full-service restaurant on the Health Science Campus, we are proud to welcome all faculty, staff, students and visitors to enjoy a deliciously prepared meal in our beautiful new restaurant. Speaking of deliciously prepared meals, the new menu, designed by Chef Bruce Mayer boasts a diverse entrée selection of farm-to-fork entrées that are health consciously prepared using only the finest ingredients, local produce and responsibly raised meats. Guests will find the extended hours convenient to accommodate early breakfast meetings and after work gatherings. The Edmondson is appointed with two function rooms for private meetings for up to 20 guests. The entire restaurant can also be reserved for private events and celebrations for up to 150 guests.

DETAILS:Let your guests be a part of the experiment for your next event at the Lab Gastropub where the science of fun and fine dining is artfully executed for groups large and small. With space to accommodate anything from cocktail parties to sit down dinners, The Lab Gastropub is perfectly appointed to provide great space and attentive service for a memorable event. The outdoor patio offers a high energy vibe and can comfortably accommodate up to 60 guests for a sit down meal and 80 for a reception. The Classroom (don’t worry – homework is not required) is the private dining room that accommodates up to 18 at the oversized dining table and boasts a large monitor for TV watching our presentations and a private patio with fire pit. The Lab Gastropub is directly across the street from the USC campus (you can see the sand volleyball stadium from the patio), next door to the Galen Center and walking distance to the Radisson Hotel. Don’t fret, your favorite Lab dishes are also on the catering menu for special events – the world is a much better place with our signature artichoke dip and wings when everybody can have them!

DETAILS:The Trojan Grand Ballroom is USC’s largest multipurpose room. DETAILS:The Ronald Tutor Campus Center is the University of Southern California’s newest meeting and event venue, opening its doors to the USC community in the fall of 2010. Featuring the largest ballroom on campus and dozens of individual meeting and event spaces, the Ronald Tutor Campus Center is the hub for life at USC. The Forum on the fourth floor can accommodate banquet lunches and dinners, lectures, conferences, fairs, and many other types of events. The unique ceiling that exuberates the colors of cardinal and gold and the tiered floors make the Forum a unique meeting room. You can see the Hollywood sign out the windows on a clear day. The Forum features state of the art technology, including complimentary wireless Internet and two flat screen TV’s as well as integrated projector, screen, and sound.

The Franklin Suites are located on the third floor of Ronald Tutor Campus Center and can be used for a variety of events. The rooms can be utilized as one big room or divided into three small rooms. The Franklin Suites are used often for all day meetings, lectures, breakout rooms, lunches, and dinners. The view of Tommy Trojan and Hahn Plaza offers a memorable view. The Franklin Suites are an ideal location for your next event in the heart of campus.

DETAILS:USC Housing has a variety of spaces which hold meetings, programs, events and general gatherings. All of the spaces are located in our residential facilities which are located across campus as well as one in the north campus area. We offer rooms with audio/visual, pianos, kitchenettes as well as those with just tables and chairs. Our spaces have hosted events ranging from training sessions, blood drives, voter polling place, departmental mixers, student government meetings and classes taught by our residential faculty members.

Though the spaces are given priority to the respective residential complexes, there are times when we have openings and are inviting campus departments and groups to consider booking with us. With the class schedules of our residents, we have more flexibility with weekday availability which is often when you may be looking for a room! To offset our costs, there is a nominal reservation fee charged to all non-affiliated groups but we think you’ll find this in line with other campus meeting spaces.

AMENITIES:Several of our spaces are equipped with Multimedia Operations Management Systems (MOMS) which include projector interface, screens, cable TV, Blue-Ray DVD player and sound. These are the same that many of the campus classrooms have. We also have a few Mondopads which are giant PC touch screens that are capable of computer programs, collaborative presentations, and video-conferencing to another Mondopad. One room is equipped with a Monitor Interface which has one screen with four HDMI hookups; this allows four computers to be plugged into a video conference with an external source. Kitchenette includes two ovens, sink, refrigerator, microwave, some counter space, and some cabinet space.

DETAILS:The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles & Exposition Park, is “The Greatest Stadium In The World” with a history, legacy & connection like no other. The Coliseum is truly one of the most venerable sports monuments in America today with countless historic events & milestones taking place inside its walls during nine decades of celebrated history. The Coliseum has served as home field for the USC Football team since 1923 and is the only stadium that has played host to two Olympiads (X and XXIII), two Super Bowls (I and VII) and a World Series (1959). It was declared a National Historic Landmark on July 27, 1984, the day before the opening ceremony of the 1984 Summer Olympics. The Peristyle and Court of Honor include 15 arches and a timeless gold leaf zodiac mural in the center arch which was used as the Olympic Gateway during the 1984 Summer Olympiad. DETAILS:The majestic USC Pacific Asia Museum is the ideal setting for a memorable special event. The venue is housed in a Chinese Qing dynasty-inspired mansion and offers several unique locations for social and corporate events and celebrations. Full-service catering is available through USC Hospitality, as well as a preferred list of Catering Partners who offer diverse menus and traditional and contemporary Asian cuisine. The spaces available for special events are the Courtyard, Blue Room & Auditorium. Events can be enhanced with access to the Galleries for independent exploration or docent-led tours.
