DESCRIPTION
A campaign I developed for the University of Surrey to encourage the reporting by staff and students of health and safety issues. Demonstrable increase in use of the reporting mechanism and trust in organisation's safety procedures as a result of this internal communications campaign. Included leaflets, direct mail and e-mail to staff, student media features, posters and online media.TRANSCRIPT
