adhiraj

The two years I spent at UFV Chandigarh

have been invaluable in fostering my confidence and

independence. The faculty and administration form a

supportive and caring environment that has helped

me to grow, both as a student and as a future business

professional. I was well prepared to transfer to the Canadian

campus in my third year thanks to the quality of teaching

and direction I was given. I can say without

hesitation that I will be a more qualified

individual entering the job market with a

degree from UFV in hand.

Combine theory with real world practical training. There’s a big difference between memorizing textbooks while

cramming for exams, and learning by doing so that you really

understand how to apply your knowledge to real situations.

As a UFV student, you’ll be busy with projects for real companies as

early as the first semester. You’ll learn how to write business plans,

launch products, restructure organizations, and even make all critical

decisions to stimulate the operations of a multi-national corporation

for an entire business cycle. You’ll learn how to conduct and analyze

demographic research, prepare professional presentations, and speak

with confidence in front of large groups.

Your parents will be amazed at how quickly your confidence and

professionalism develops. Your neighbours will be talking when they

see you head off to class in a suit on presentation days. And every day,

you’ll look into the mirror with just a little more pride, knowing that

what you learn today is preparing you for a lifetime of success.

“ This relatively small school is a very special place

where students are accorded individual attention and

presented with opportunities to engage in international studies

as undergraduates of a Canadian university. I would really

Chandigarh. Reach around the globe and be prepared for work

with one foot in India and the other in Canada. Our two nations

are committed to increasing the economic

ties between us. UFV Chandigarh graduates

New batch starts every year in July.UFV believes that all students, provided they are willing to work hard,

should have the opportunity to build a successful future. We also

recognize that many students who had average marks in a theory-

based education model during high school actually thrive in UFV’s

interactive learning environment. That’s why our entrance policies are

more flexible.

The program is filled first-come, first-served, provided you have at

least 65% average on your Class 12 marks sheet, plus 65% in English

[or an equivalent, UFV-accepted assessment] and 65% in Math [or

While the program is extremely demanding, students who are

usually do very well.

“ I feel proud to say that UFV Chandigarh changed

me completely. Confidence, professionalism, meeting

deadlines, self-belief and determination are a just a few of

the changes I now perceive in myself. The unique angle of

this program lies in its professors, and in the way teachings

are delivered. I joined UFV for its practical approach; it
