Welcome and Introductions (Hui Qiao)
There are 84 people in attendance today – that’s a new record!
Morgan Stinson has joined the Development Office as Executive Secretary to Carla Flynn.
There will be no AUG meeting in July or August. Starting in September, the meeting time will be
moved to 3:30-4:30 pm.
Annual Giving Update (Peter Moes)
The appeal code process is being streamlined to track how mail is coming in.
o This will help with questions that may arise.
You may see an email from Peter or the Planned Giving team checking on how your direct
solicitations are working.
Data Integrity/ Gift Processing Updates (Kristy Parry)
Kirsten will be back in two weeks.
Please do not hold onto gifts until the end of the month for year-end!
o Closing out occurs on July 3rd.
An issue occurred with Ugive that caused the financial information for every gift that was made
through Ugive to be wiped clean.
o We have called and mailed the individuals who made gifts through Ugive during the
time of the issue and asked for replacement checks. Only about half of these individuals
have replied, so we will follow up with them in the next week or so.
o Email or call Kristy with any questions, as we are hoping to get the money in by year-
end.
