EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP SERIESAs a key contributor in an organization it is important to look inward and continually think about what it means to be a leader. The David Eccles School of Business Executive Leadership Series is designed for individuals who are currently in leadership positions within their organizations, as well as those who are preparing to assume senior leadership roles.

Leaders who excel in their work often ask themselves key questions. These questions include: What is a leader. How does one effectively motivate team members. How is competitive advantage recognized and maximized. How are resources negotiated. These are among the many key topics that will be explored throughout the five modules of the program.

In addition to our top ranked faculty who facilitate and teach this program, there is a strong emphasis on classroom discussion. The experiences and knowledge of each participant have the power to create a rich dialogue and an unparalleled learning experience.

Our Executive Leadership Series has been designed with the challenging and hectic schedule of today’s professional at the forefront. This program is scheduled to meet approximately twice each month with minimal impact on work and personal commitments.

Typically 99% of the time it takes to accomplish a task in administrative processes is non-value added. What would it mean to your business if you could eliminate most of that non-value added time?

It is well documented that small, mid-sized and large corporations can benefit from Lean implementation. Less documented, however, are the many failures that can occur along the Lean journey. The challenge lies within how to successfully deploy Lean on the necessary scale in order to meet the constraints and needs of the organization. This program will develop leaders in Lean who are capable of deploying and sustaining Lean processes.

Discover how to compete in the marketplace and respond quickly and efficiently to your customers’ demands by trimming down and eliminating non-value adding activities.

This program gives you the tools to address driving forces in the marketplace including globalization, shorter product life cycles, shrinking margins and new technology. Find out how to get the benefits you have heard about by implementing and utilizing key strategic objectives and tools, ranging from matrix and diagnostics to analysis techniques.
