Purpose:

Support execution of cross-functional global projects within our organization

tools for our Sourcing & Manufacturing colleagues. You will be involved in several phases of the

Support Free On Board (FOB) Forecasting - Researching and tracking macroeconomic
information to support better FOB forecasting process
Support Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis - Using SAP and other internal systems for
data extraction and supporting various PPV analysis
Key Responsibilities and Projects:
1) The Macroeconomic Business Intelligence (MBI) [30%]
Assist in researching and data mining for the Quarterly Macroeconomic Business
Intelligence Report
2) FOB/ Landed Cost tracking and analysis [30%]
Assist in tracking various key cost components (e.g. material cost, minimum wages,
freight, duties)
Assist in any ad hoc FOB or landed cost analysis
Assist in preparing powerpoints for management presentation
3) PPV analysis [20%]
Support the preparation of forecast/month-end report for PPV analysis
Support to create PPV analysis model to extended markets
4) Mini Projects [20%]
Conduct analysis on trends of various commodity prices (e.g. oil) and their impact on
adidas FOB
Build a centralized and systematic tracking methodologies for various FOB components
(e.g. Foreign exchange rate, labor wages, material cost) across divisions (Footwear,

Support and engage in global and regional HR projects of operational excellence
