Wolf Blass Eaglehawk South AustraliaThis lovely Riesling has a little sweetness to offset its naturally racy, citrus acidity. Its perfect food match is spice – try it with the dumplings with chilli sauce for lunch!

Leo Buring Clare Valley, South AustraliaFresh lime combines with a delicate floral touch and some inviting spice. Great depth and fine acidity with aromas of stewed apple, citrus and blossom. This is a perfectly-balanced steely Riesling – if you like a Riesling, this is the wine for you!

Grayling Waipara, South Island, New ZealandOur cousins across the ditch have made this great little Pinot Noir with black cherries and plum aromas with savoury, oak highlights. A ripe, fleshy wine with a great palate weight with a well-integrated lingering aftertaste.

St Hubert’s The Stag Yarra Valley, VictoriaJuicy up front flavours with ripe plums giving way to a lovely savoury body and a perfectly balanced tannin backbone. For those who love their Pinot’s this is the wine for you. Pair with Chicken or Vegetarian pie!

Dalrymple Pipers River, TasmaniaRed berry fruit aromas and freshly cut plums with a fine oak spice are balanced with savoury herbs. It benefits from breathing and you’ll notice the difference from the start to end of the bottle.

Upside Down Marlborough, New ZealandUnusually this wine is made with Nebbiolo grapes. A light bodied, fresh and fruity Rose. Aromas of fresh cherry and strawberry with a refreshing palate and a crisp, clean finish.

La Vieille Ferme Ventoux, Southern Rhone, FranceMade with a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Shiraz grapes, this is a very traditionally French-style. Raspberry and strawberry aromas intermix with hints of Turkish delight, musk and spice. Lovely supple textural feel with fresh acidity and a dry finish. This one is for the rosé lovers.
