The Unlimited Golf PassPass Privileges (Facilities, Activities & Benefits)

NAMEThe facility is called Palmer Coolum Resort, incorporating the Golf Education

Centre and the Golf Driving Range.

OBJECTIVEThe objective of the Unlimited Golf Pass is to provide pass holders with access tothe Resorts Golf Course and practice facilities.

CHARGESThe cost for the Unlimited Golf Pass is $2750 per year for an individual and $5,000

per couple.

This entitles the member to play unlimited golf (subject to availability) at PalmerCoolum Resort, 7 days a weekA Golf Link Handicap can also be created and maintained if required.The Unlimited Golf Pass is valid for 12 months from commencement date.

INCLUSIONSPrice includes:

Unlimited golf for 12 months Unlimited range balls for 12 months 40% discount for max 3 guests (off rack rate) 40% discount of motorised carts 10% F&B Discount 10% Pro Shop Discount Maintenance and management of Golf Link Handicap

HOURS OF OPERATION FOR THE UNLIMITED GOLF PASS HOLDERS.Subject to clause (c) of the Rights of Palmer Coolum Resort , The Golf Course willbe available 7 days a week (subject to availability) with booking in advance

advised.

APPLICATION.Prospective pass holders are requested to submit completed application forms tothe Golf and Membership Coordinator for approval. As numbers are limited,

these application forms will be processed on an as received basis.

THE PASS.Upon approval of the application form and payment of appropriate fees, an Unlimited Golf Pass will be issued to each successful applicant. Photographic ID

will be required and will be displayed on the card. The pass is the individualsidentification within the Resort and must be presented upon request. Lost passesshould be reported to the Golf and Membership Coordinator immediately.

COURSE AND DRESS STANDARDS

Unlimited Golf Pass Holders are to ensure they abide by the following Course andDress standards whist playing on the Course.

Course No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the Resort. Alcohol may bepurchased if required. Whenever possible, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tee time. Individual golfers will be paired up wherever possible and paired golfers

will be teamed into foursomes. 4hrs and 20mins is considered reasonable time to play 18 holes.

Footwear Golf Shoes with soft spikes are a requirement. Any other type of footwear

is not permitted on the course.

Shirts

All shirts should have a collar. Football or Rugby jerseys are not permitted. Sleeveless shirts with a collar are acceptable for ladies only.

Shorts Shorts must be tailored and be recognised golf shorts. Items such as Cargo shorts (shorts with exterior pockets), swim, board orsurf branded shorts, elastic waist or drawstring shorts, as well as all typesof denim, are not permitted on the course.

Trousers Tailored trousers are required and must not be tucked into socks. Trackpants, drawstring and elastic waist pants as well as all types of denim arenot permitted on the course.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Should Palmer Coolum Resort deem a pass holders conduct or behaviour to beinappropriate, the pass may be terminated.

PAYMENT OF DUESa) Upon approval of application, prospective pass holders are required to

pay the dues in full ($2750 for single or $5000 for a couple) by credit card,Eftpos or Bank Deposit. Please note that payment with a credit card willincur a 1.5% surcharge.

b) Pass Holders also agree to provide the Golf and MembershipCoordinator with their credit card details.

TRANSFER OF UNLIMITED GOLF PASS

The Unlimited Golf Pass is NOT transferable.

SUSPENSION OF PASSPass holders may NOT place their pass on suspension.

GENERAL

a) Food and beverage items must not be brought into the Resort.

b) Pets are not permitted in the Resort.c) No personal sound systems are permitted in the Resort.d) In the event of any disputes between members and the management,the decision of the management shall be final.

RIGHTS OF PALMER COOLUM RESORTThe management has the right to

a) Terminate a pass without refund if the rules and regulations are violated.b) Prevent pass holders entering the Resort and remove pass holders fromthe Resort if and when the pass holders behaviour is regarded asdetrimental to others.

c) Close part of or all the course or practice facilities for repair,maintenance, expansion, weather conditions or special events withoutadvance notice. In such cases no refund shall be given.d) Increase the cost of the pass and other charges annually.e) Change any of the rules and regulations of the Resort as the needarises.

INSURANCE CLAIMS AND ACCIDENT POLICY

Pass holders using any of the facilities at the Resort do so completely at their ownrisk. The management and owners of the Resort are not responsible or liable forany accidents or fatalities that may arise from using any of the facilities andequipment at the Resort. Pass Holders are advised not to bring valuables into the

Resort as the management and owners of the Resort are not responsible or liablefor any loss or theft of personal effects of other pass holders or members.

$5000 for a couple

LIABILITY

In using the facilities at Palmer Coolum Resort , I agree that I assume the risk ofdamages to me or my property or other injuries suffered in connection with orwhile engaged in any of the projects, functions or activities of being a passholder. In this regard I agree not to hold Palmer Coolum Resort , management,

employees, their predecessors, successors and assigns from any and all claims,demands, suits, actions, costs or cause of any kind or character arising from suchuse.

I accept that Palmer Coolum Resort will endeavor to program repairs andmaintenance with the least possible inconvenience to members, and shall holdPalmer Coolum Resort harmless should these repairs and maintenance disrupt

scheduling and facility availability.

I agree that Palmer Coolum Resort reserves the right to make changes toactivities, program scheduling and opening hours for pass holders and memberswithout notice.

I agree that my pass may be cancelled or withdrawn by Palmer Coolum Resortmanagement, effective 7 days after written notice having been sent to me. I willnot hold Palmer Coolum Resort liable for any damages I may suffer as a result ofcancellation to my pass. I also agree that if I choose to cancel my pass that I willnot be entitled to any refund.

AGREEMENT
