The appLicanT (eXhiBiTOr) hereby agrees that the World Organization of china painters, the 2021 WOcp Biennial conventionand Show, the crowne plaza denver airport convention center, and the agents, employees, officers, committees and member-ship of each:

1. Shall be held harmless from all claims, liability, damages, loss, costs, attorney fees, and expenses of whatever kind or nature,

which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant (exhibitor) or any of its officers, agents, em-

ployees, representatives, or assignees, including, but not limited to claims or damages or loss of property, loss, harm, injury or

death to the person or any of the applicants or any of its officers, agents, employees, representatives, or assignees.

2. Shall not assume any liability for claims from loss of property prior, during, or after the show, due to an act of God, theft, fine, or

any reason beyond the control of the above agents.

3. Shall assume no responsibility for any business transactions between exhibitors, and their customers.

4. Shall in no way be held liable for loss of income or expenses in the event that due to reasons beyond their control, the show is can-

celled. Should such a cancellation occur, WOCP will refund to the exhibitor, the amount of rental paid, and the World Organization

of China Painters shall have no further obligation or liability to the exhibitor.

OTher:1. The arrangement of the booths in the Convention area shall be at the sole discretion of the Convention Board and their location

will be made to maximize use of the available show space.

2. No sub-leasing, reassignment, or sharing of booth space will be permitted or allowed without the written consent from the Convention

Board.

3. The 2021 WOCP 23rd Biennial Convention and Show Board reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any exhibitor, only

items deemed appropriate by WOCP 2021 Convention Board may be sold or displayed.

4. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly exhibit area. Aisle spaces shall remain free of any obstructions. The

aisles must be open at all times to meet safety codes.

5. Only exhibitors will be allowed in the showroom area during setup time. It is expected that exhibitors shall properly staff their booths

during the show hours. Booth designs must be such as not to obstruct the view or interfere with the exhibits of others.

6. Exhibitors shall be permitted to enter the show area during the setup hours as specified in the vendor section of this document and

shall not be permitted to remain in the showroom area

after the showroom closing hour each evening. The

only exception will be the last afternoon.

7. Exhibitors may not dismantle their displays prior to the

closing time of the show.

8. Exhibitors are responsible for all taxes payable to city/county

and state departments accordingly.

9. The 2021 WOCP Biennial Convention and Show Board

shall rule upon all matters or issues not covered herein.

Shipping and receiving — due to limitations in secured storage

space, the hotel will only accept packages as follows:

Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior

to group arrival and wll be marked with the responsible party’s name,

group name, plus “hold for arrival date of Sunday, august 22, 2021.”

There will be a handling charge as follows:

Boxes up to 36” x 24” x 24”$10.00 per box

Larger boxes/display cases$15.00 per box

pallets $95.00 per pallet

charges will be paid individually by vendor. additional labor charges

may be incurred depending on the size of the shipment, at the discre-

tion of the hotel. hotel will not be responsible for any shipping

charges, damages or loss to any packages or boxes.
