BACHELOR OF SCIENCEHOSPITALITY MANAGEMENTOur American university education allows students to grow their vocational interests grounded in more general education combined with technical expertise gained in management-oriented hospitality courses. Students engage faculty in an academically-open environment which encourages inquiry and debate and challenges accepted practices and theories. UNLV students in Singapore and Las Vegas balance academics with active industry involvement, student clubs and community service.

UNLV offers a U.S. 120-credit Bachelor of Science degree (Hospitality Management major), that starts in Singapore and finishes in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. Undergraduates generally attend classes full-time, taking the recommended schedule of courses in sequence. Students may be able to transfer previous course credit and work experience that count towards UNLV degree requirements. As part of the degree requirements, all students participate in an internship within the hospitality industry and obtain related work experience prior to graduation in Las Vegas.

Students can earn their degree in as little as three years of study, starting at UNLV Singapore and finishing at the main campus in Las Vegas. Opportunities are also available to enroll in joint or other degree programs upon relocation to Las Vegas. This degree should be considered by those who desire the industry knowledge to begin their careers in the dynamic hospitality-related sector, but also want the general skills to move into responsible positions in other fields or obtain an advanced degree, such as a Master of Hospitality Administration, an M.S., M.B.A., J.D., or Ph.D. in the future.
