Heads-up land navigation aficionados! I just received anawesome land navigation book from across the bigpond. Does it have a slight British slant? Yes, it does. But more importantly, does it contain techniques and procedures--both the tried-and-trueas well as the up-to-date and cutting-edge--that have application worldwide? Absolutely. This book is worth every penny, whether you're a beginning student of land navigation,wilderness search-and-rescue team member, expedition navigator, or special forces pointman headed into harms way.
