Criteria for DDA Title Pool• Publication date from 2010 – 2013• Only General Academic, Advanced Academic,
Basic and Popular level titles are included• Only titles below $130 are loaded into DDA.
Max price per title set at $130• Single user purchase option (SUPO) preferred• Exclude title if a title doesn’t allow for short-
term loan
DDA Implementation
• DDA setup began mid-January 2013• Expenditure limit set at $5,000• Purchase trigger set after 3 STLs (or 4th use)• Loaded 1,162 records as initial pool Feb. 1, 2013• No promotion or marketing• New DDA records sent weekly and loaded into
catalog• As of Nov. 6, DDA title pool is now 2,079
