Unordinary Source Do you have that person in your life who is just an unending ball of energy? You might be hanging out with this person, and it feels like you have been moving all day. All you want to do is just sit and relax. The next thing you know they are up and moving again. A follower of Jesus is kind of like this. Life is tough, and there are moments that push you down. But someone who knows and follows Jesus knows that there is hope. We drink from the well of eternal life. John 4:13-14 (NLT) says this, 13 Jesus replied, “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. 14 But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.” What if you could truly never be thirsty again? Wouldn’t that be crazy? It’s tough for us to even think about because we think of it in our human terms. God is bigger than that though. When we really know who Jesus is, then we want nothing but to be with Him because He is all we need. Reread John 4:13-14 What stands out to you in this passage? What do you learn about God? What about people? How can you apply this to your life right now? Pray and ask for God’s help in this journey.

Do you have that person in your life who is just an unending ball of energy? You might be hanging out with this person, and it feels like you have been moving all day. All you want to do is just sit and relax. The next thing you know they are up and moving again. A follower of Jesus is kind of like this. Life is tough, and there are moments that push you down. But someone who knows and follows Jesus knows that there is hope. We drink from the well of eternal life. John 4:13-14 (NLT) says this,

13 Jesus replied, “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. 14 But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.”

What if you could truly never be thirsty again? Wouldn’t that be crazy? It’s tough for us to even think about because we think of it in our human terms. God is bigger than that though. When we really know who Jesus is, then we want nothing but to be with Him because He is all we need. Reread John 4:13-14 What stands out to you in this passage? What do you learn about God? What about people? How can you apply this to your life right now? Pray and ask for God’s help in this journey.
