Typical installation process for replacing a turfed lawn with a sub soil base.

1 Installation team arrives along with disposal skip.

2 Access is determined and prepared.

3 Turf cutter used to remove all soil and grass.

4 MOT Type 1 aggregate is laid and compacted to help drainage. *This is optional.

5 Grit / Sharp sand is applied, meticulously levelled and compacted.

6 Heavy duty weed membrane / barrier is then put in place. (200gsm)

7 Artificial grass of your choice is then fitted, seemed(*if required) and secured in place.

8 Grass is powerbrushed to ensure grass is left vertical.

9 All waste is removed and area is left in pristine condition.

10 Satisfaction note is signed by customer.

Remove fallen leaves and twigs with a rake or leaf blower, sporadically brush long and/or soft artificial fibres with a stiff broom.
