Radon Cookbook-1995 A Compilation of Outreach Activities If the navigation pane is not open on the left side of the screen, press F6. Each item listed in the navigation pane is linked to that item in the cookbook. The Cost category is the exception. Cost does not appear as a separate section in the document. In the Table of Contents, Cost is divided into three levels: Less than $10,000, $10,000-$35,000, and over $35,000; the page numbers under each of these categories are linked to the projects within that price range. Background Information In the mid 1990s, CRCPD's Committee on Radon asked state radon coordinators about their outreach activities: what they had done in the areas of testing, mitigation, and schools, as well as associated information regarding the project, the cost, and other factors that might have influenced the outcome. The information was then compiled in this cookbook. This information has now been put on the Web site as a resource for anyone wishing to do an outreach project. As other projects are done, they will be added to this site. The current list of radon coordinators is maintained on CRCPD's Radon page.
