About UOB Management Associate (MA) Programme
The UOB MA Programme is a sixteen-month programme aimed at early
career talent who are keen to take on leadership and regional roles
within the bank. The programme has been designed to provide you with
an accelerated induction experience. You will learn different aspects of
the business and develop a wide range of core competencies and
technical skills which will fast-track your career in the banking industry.
Requirements
• Have or expect to graduate with at least a Second Class Upper Honour
Degree
• General Discipline Degree Holders with exceptional personal
achievements are also encouraged to apply. Students in business
related discipline would have additional advantage
• Passionate and self-motivated to deliver performance excellence
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and be a team player
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese. Knowledge in
Mandarin would be an advantage.
