Teen Strength & Sports Conditioning CampJoin us this summer for a fun sport conditioning class. This camp will address many elements to help you be a better and stronger athlete. We start with an assessment which will help us set a baseline. The focus will be on building a base of strength, speed, agility and conditioning. Proper form and foundational movements will not only help build strength and power but also prevent injuries. This class will help your child prepare for their specific sport and build a strong athletic growing body in a fun way. A small ratio of 8 children to 1 trainer ensures personalized attention and ample practice time.
