Play by 7th & 8th Grade - Immanuel Lutheran Presents: Rumpelstiltskin: Private Eye Thursday, December 13th - 2:00 pm & 7:00 pm (Community Center) In this witty film noir fairytale spoof, Fairytale Land has been hit by a crime wave. The Three Bears’ home was broken into. The Three Little Pigs’ homes were destroyed. Now Little Red Riding Hood’s grandmother is missing. The crimes seem unrelated, at least if you listen to those shady Grimm brothers. But could an evil mastermind be behind them all? Something punny is going on! Only detective Rumpelstiltskin and his wise-cracking partner Ugly Duckling can solve this wacky case.

Jan Williams – Kindergarten Teacher Immanuel has been blessed by Mrs. Williams teaching ministry for 30 years. Mrs. Williams has shared with us that she will be retiring at the end of this school year. Her ability to nurture and teach all kids with insight and wisdom is inspiring. More than anything, her love for Jesus has been shared with countless students, parents, and colleagues. We will be celebrating her ministry here at Immanuel this year and sending her off with our prayers and well-wishes as she enjoys her retirement with her husband, Al, their kids, and grandkids. Thank you, Mrs. Williams!
Jackie Kaniuk – Kindergarten Teacher Assistant
Mrs. Kaniuk has been serving as a kindergarten assistant here at Immanuel for 19 years. Mrs. Kaniuk will be retiring from her teaching assistant position at the end of this school year. Mrs. Kaniuk has been a tremendous blessing to our kindergarten students, parents, teachers, and all of our staff. Her love for kids and a heart for serving the Lord has been amazing. FIRST TRIMESTER HONOR ROLL Congratulations to all the students who attained Honor Roll and High Honor Roll during the first trimester! We are adjusting our recognition of academic achievement and perfect attendance. Rather than recognizing students at the end of the year awards ceremony, we will now be recognizing the hard work and achievements of the students following each trimester as noted below. Our primary goal in doing so is to encourage and recognize students along their path of success throughout the year and focus on the learning process. We want celebrate these student achievements according to the following guidelines (per Parent Handbook): Honor Roll: To be on the Honor Roll, a student must have all A’s and B’s for the trimester. To be on the Honor Roll for the entire
school year, a student must have all A’s and B’s for all three trimesters.
4th – 5th Grade – Students on the Honor Roll will be recognized in the Charger Chatter after each trimester.
6th – 8th Grade – Students on the Honor Roll will be recognized in the Charger Chatter after each trimester and at the
yearend Honors Assembly.
High Honor Roll: To be on the Honor Roll, a student must have all A’s (A+, A, or A- ) for the trimester. To be on the High Honor
Roll for the entire school year, a student must have all A’s (A+, A, or A-) for all three trimesters.
4th – 5th Grade – Students on the High Honor Roll will be recognized in the Charger Chatter after each trimester.
6th – 8th Grade – Students on the High Honor Roll will be recognized in the Charger Chatter after each trimester and at
