From July's successful Golf Outing at Tam O'Shanter and a Beach Party-themed Alive After Five at The Danbury we move into August and a member appreciation event at MAPS and, of course, the 20th Annual Main Street Festival. Our goal is to keep you connected with other members and the community and we won't stop at the end of this month. September will bring another Quarterly Conver- sation Luncheon and Brews After Five. The North Canton Chamber is in the midst of summer fun. From July's successful Golf Outing at Tam O'Shanter and a Beach Party-themed Alive After Five at The Danbury we move into August and a member appreciation event at MAPS and, of course, the 20th Annual Main Street Festival. City of North Canton. Roy served the City in that capacity from 1971-1999 and again from 2000-2003. I was lucky enough to get his solid advice when I was a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Commission and was sad to see him retire before I was elected to Council. In addition to his time in government Roy spent many years as a member of St Paul's, the North Canton K of C, North Canton Rotary, North Canton Jaycees and Stark County Bar Association. Donations in his memory may be made to the North Canton Finance Depart-ment at 145 North Main 44720. Funds will be used for the Price Park Walking Path, some-thing Roy and his wife Kathy enjoyed immensely.
