Affiliation fee is non refundable in all circumstances.

No Elite convent Chain will be established in your radius area of 3 km.

Affiliation tenure will be for five years.

Taxes as per Government Policy and subject to change.

Child Care and Security must be treated as utmost priority in case of any deficiency

affiliated branch will be solely financially and legally responsible.

Elite is not charging any transportation fee from the branch hence will not be liable

for any transit consequences. Entire Risk & Cost has to be borne by Branch.
